The Schutte family milks 120 cows comprised of 100 Holsteins, 23 Brown Swiss, and 6 Ayrshires on 2 Lely Robotic milkers.
Additionally, they farm approximately 300 acres consisting of corn for grain and silage, and alfalfa for hay. Calves are housed in groups and fed using a GEA automatic calf feeder
Lance and Jonna married in May of 2006. They have 3 children now: Blake -born in 2008, Briella -born in 2011, and Breklyn -Born in 2013.
