The Brown Swiss Bulletin
The Brown Swiss Bulletin is the official publication of the Brown Swiss Cattle Breeders’ Association of the USA and was published monthly from 1922.through 2015 From 2016 through 2022, it was published 11 times per year. The Brown Swiss Bulletin has been published by Dairy Agenda Today since the July/August 2018 issue, From 2023 through 2025, the Brown Swiss Bulletin was published 10 times per year (July/August and October/November were combined). Effective January 2026, the Brown Swiss Bulletin will be will be published 5 times per year (bi-monthly with no July-August issue).
As a source of communication between the Association and the membership, The Bulletin features production, show and youth highlights, and keeps breeders informed of Association events. It is a key link in relaying information and updates from the national office and board of directors to the membership.
Office Connection
Written by the Executive Secretary/Office Staff, the Office Connection section informs the membership of recent board actions and encompasses the leadership stance on industry issues and the development of the breed and includes communication from the office.

Bulletin Advertising
The Bulletin provides an excellent advertising opportunity due to its large circulation. It is distributed to Brown Swiss breeders, A.I. companies; other cattle breed organizations, universities and industry representatives both in the United States and internationally.
Bulletin Subscriptions
Subscriptions to the Brown Swiss Bulletin are available annually or for a 3-year period. Subscriptions run on a calendar-year basis and renewals are automatic unless canceled and begin in January.
